The Team Jacob Foundation was created in memory of Jacob Taylor, who lived 8.17.00 - 3.21.10. Jacob was diagnosed with a rare form of brain cancer called a Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma (DIPG).
We are dedicated to raising awareness of childhood cancer, and improving the lives of children going through treatment for cancer. We also support The Cure Starts Now in their efforts to raise funds for pediatric brain cancer research.
