THE ISSUE:
According to the National Commission on Sleep Disorders Research, at least 40 million Americans suffer from chronic, long-term sleep disorders and another 20 to 30 million experience occasional sleep problems. It is estimated that more than 2.5 percent of American adults use a prescription sleep aid, and more than 3 percent buy non-prescription products seeking relief from sleeplessness.
Unfortunately, even minimal sleep loss can take a toll on your mood, focus, energy, efficiency, and ability to handle stress. Ignoring sleep problems and disorders can contribute to poor health, accidents, impaired job performance and stress.
THE SOLUTION: SleepWorks™
SleepWorks helps produce sound and restful sleep on occasional sleepless nights to help you awaken refreshed!

"The Travelers Gift" by Andy Andrews. He Sites "7 Decisions for Success" that I took to heart:
1.THE BUCK STOPS HERE. I am responsible for my past and my future. I need to be the change I want to see.
2. I WILL SEEK WISDOM. Seeking wisdom requires READING. Leaders are Readers.
I will be a servant to others. If you are always putting another persons best interest ahead of your own, that person will prosper and so will you. As Zig Ziglar always said "help enough people get what they want and naturally you will get what you want"
3. I AM A PERSON OF ACTION, I CHOOSE NOW. Don't procrastinate. A Diamond leader Terry Paulson once shared with me that one of the keys to his success while achieving the Diamond status with a brand new infant in the house was to make a list of the top 6 things he must do the next day and DO THEM. Once he had them done he could go on to be the father he wanted to be.
Prioritize. With action steps Bob and I achieved the Diamond Leadership in Advocare in 4 years and 10 months. Advocare is a simple business. It may not always be easy, but it is simple.
4. I HAVE A DECIDED HEART. My destiny is assured. Once I saw the vision that Advocare could be a vehicle to get my family out of $60,000 in debt and get me home with my 3 children, I vowed never to quit. I just kept thinking that if I quit Advocare, then I am quitting on my family. So little by little, person by person we consistently and persistently moved forward. I retired from my nursing job March 2009 to be home fulltime with my family and work Advocare around their needs.
5. TODAY I WILL CHOOSE TO BE HAPPY. Choosing to be happy and have a grateful spirit is a constant, willful act. Before putting my feet on the floor when I get up in the morning I pray and thank God for the many blessings he has showered on me and my family.
6. I WILL GREET EACH DAY WITH A FORGIVING SPIRIT. Choosing to forgive is a precursor to being happy. So many times forgiveness is not letting someone else "off the hook" Its letting you "live life to the fullest".
7. I WILL PERSIST WITHOUT EXCEPTION. I am a person of great faith. I have "Belief" in my top 5 leadership strengths. I tell my team that if they don't believe in themselves, they can borrow my belief in them. I love everyone I work with. I want our Advocare team, friends and family to know that Ill never waiver in my core beliefs and I wont quit on them.
These top 7 Decisions for Success hang in front of our computer so we can review them daily. I believe we never stop growing. There is always someone waiting and praying for hope, like I was when I found Advocare.
Who will you bless today with a smile, a friendly attitude and maybe a Spark that may change their lives forever?
Other books similar to Andy Andrews book that have inspired me are:
"The Greatest Salesman in the World" by Og Mandino and Andy Andrew's favorite "The Greatest Miracle in the World" by Og Mandinos.
Also The 21 Irrefutable laws of leadership by John Maxwell.
You too can be a difference maker if you decide to follow these "7 Decisions for Success" no matter where you are in life.
Bob and Jeanette Rhea are now stay at home parents with their 3 Children Abigail, Collin and Noah Rhea. They Average $25,000.00 a month with Advocare. Their highest Month in Advocare was $42,000.00!
When I was a little girl, I always wanted to be difference maker. Whatever I did, I wanted to be excellent. I cared deeply for my friends and loved being involved in anything that involved being on a "team". I chose a career in nursing due to my love for helping people, but I always felt there was something else I should be doing. As a RN I specialized in home health care and also became a certified diabetic educator. However, in May of 2006 when we discovered Advocare, we were in severe debt, overweight, exhausted and feeling very desperate. We rarely spent time with our 3 children. Hopelessness was a constant state of mind for me, however I kept working and hoping someday "I would fulfill my real purpose" and be a difference maker on a larger scale. At the time with medical and credit card debt, my difference making was limited to just staying afloat financially. I realized if I don't change then nothing will change. My homecare job was sucking the life out of me instead of making a difference for others. I saw Advocare as an avenue to get out of debt and really make a difference. But making a difference requires a lot of personal growth and strength. Personal growth is a process of individual self-development and the development of others. It takes time, sacrifice and dedication to reading and seeking wisdom. I read a book that made an incredible difference for me:
DOUG LOST 120 LBS!!
"My life has been transformed because someone cared enough about me to share Advocare. I was on my way to an early grave at 25 weighing in at 320 pounds. In the first nine months I shed 100 lbs, now three years later Ive kept the weight off and lost a total of 120 lbs! Not only have I regained my physical health but Ive gained confidence that Ive never thought I had."
