You will receive expert advice from all integral parties to your successful investment in one setting. You will be able to ask all the real estate investing questions that you have ever wanted to know. You will receive expert advice from a property manager on rent rates, purchase and sales advice from a real estate broker, construction advice from a contractor, financing advice from a mortgage broker, and property evaluation from a home inspector.
It's our hope that you will build a successful relationship with the experts guiding you on the tour. There are no pressure sales on properties, as we are working to help investors while educating newcomers to build a lasting and prosperous relationship. We have the ability to assist in investment prospecting with innovative tools and technology that we'll discuss along the way in case you don't find something that you like on the tour. We've developed the team, and you have the ability to take full advantage.

ABOUT
How It Works
1. Make a reservation online or by phone (note all reservations MUST be confirmed by phone)
2. Answer confirmation call from our office approximately 3 days before the scheduled tour date.
3. Meet at the designated time and place outlined in the confirmation call on the day of the tour.
4. 15 minute welcome, introduction, and overview of foreclosure investing.
5. Hop aboard the foreclosure tour bus/van and get started seeing the hottest and most up-to-date deals in foreclosures in the area.
6. Ask questions along the way to help educate yourself and others on the tour.
7. Hear insight and get valuable info from a mortgage broker, a home inspector, a real estate broker, and a contractor accompanying you on the trip.
8. See between 6-8 properties depending on what time allows, and get the chance to continue to be kept up to speed on new foreclosures hitting the market everyday.
9. Return to the departure location between 2-2:30PM
10. Ask any additional questions, prepare to make an offer, or get set up to go see some more investment opportunities!
