Hi everyone thanks for visiting my website. I teach fifth grade in room 14 at Englewood. I have taught first through sixth grade during my nineteen years of teaching. This is my fifteenth year at Englewood.

Each year I set goals for myself as a teacher and lifelong learner. This year my goal is to use technology to increase student engagement. I will use technology to present information to my students and teach my students to use technology to share their learning and ideas with others.

This is a new and exciting adventure that I am excited to share with my class!

Welcome to our class. I am so excited to learn with you this year. Room 14 is a learning community, we will practice cooperative learning daily. I strongly believe that you will learn as much from your peers as you will from me. If we work together and cooperate it will be a great year.

Please come to class prepared to work cooperatively with all your classmates, build others up, and ask for help as needed. Remember that middle school is just around the corner and we have a lot to accomplish this year. I can't wait to get to know you!
