J!, a.k.a. the International Man of Mystery, a.k.a Jay Evans
J! was born in a voodoo-infested parish of Louisana- some say hundreds of years ago.
He was shunned to the northern hills of Georgia, where whe was raised, mainly on animal bones and moonshine.
He began to tattoo at the not-so-innocent age of 17.
J! gained his infamy as a tattooer and International Man of Mystery at
Black Cat Tattoo of Atlanta.
Chased with torches and pitchforks, he relocated to Nashvillein the Autumn of 2008, where he does his wicked deeds to this day. Available by appointment, or Oath of Blood at
