Foreman's Painting Company's 3 & 6 Year Warranty
Foreman's Painting Company guarantees workmanship and
application for a period of three and six years from completion date of
painting. This option affords you less worry and gives you more
comfort knowing that you'r exterior painting will be taken care of by us
for three or six years.
This warranty includes the following:
1. Peeling of paint applied by F.P.C.
2. Caulkling cracking above and beyond hairline cracks .
3.Chalking and blistering of paint.
4.Paint failures of the application by F.P.C.
5.Surface discoloration beyond normal wear.
This warranty excludes the following:
1. Prior paint applications by other person.
2. Problems arising from improper construction by builders or contractors.
3. Problems arising from natural disasters and weather phenomenon.
4. Problems arising from construction or others actions after job is completed.
5. Tar stains on gutters, red clay stains, other stains not due to paint deterioration.
6. Thresholds, decks, floors and stained / sealed doors.
7. Carpentry Repairs.
It is highly recommended by F.P.C.and all paint manufacturers to clean the exterior of you'r home every year for maximum durability.
This warranty is transferable to new home owners and can be used as a selling promotion for you'r home. An officially signed warranty certificate will be given to you at the time of job completion.
*Our six year warranty includes the use of Sherwin Williams paint.

The Process To Get Started :
1. Mail or fax to us one copy of the contract that we have provided for you.
Please make sure that you sign and date the contract you are sending in!
2. When we receive your signed contract we will then be contacting you in a
timely manner to schedule the pressure cleaning of your home, this will remove
dirt, mildew and mold from the surface of your home prior to us painting. At this
time you will need to provide us with your previous paint cans or color swatches.
F.P.C. uses top of the line paints from Sherwin Williams or Duron, any special
requests for other brands may incur an additional cost to you.
3. Carpentry repairs under contract will be done prior to the painting of your home by
our own carpentry crews. All new wood will be primed at the time of replacement.
For a fee stated on your contract we will remove the old wood we replaced if you
have chosen that option.
4. The painting will begin after the pressure cleaning and the structure is dry. At this
we request that the homeowner will unlock the windows and any doors that are to
be painted per our contract.
5. The crew will scrape, caulk, and glaze as needed. All siding and large areas will be
sprayed to provide a thicker, more even finish. All other areas will be brushed.
6. A thorough clean-up will be done at the time of job completion. Please do a final
inspection with the crew leader at time of completion, he will then give you a
invoice and you will be expected to give him payment in full at this time. We accept
check, cash or money order.
7. Workmanship and materials come with a 3 - year warranty. We also offer a 6 - year
warranty option at an additional cost.

I have had five paint jobs done at my above address and the workmanship of your group is the most superior of them all. The cleaning, caulking, painting, and being able to open the windows upon completion was great. You can count on me to recommend your company to others.
I have attached a check of $130 which makes the correction of the 10% discount that you said was still applicable. The misunderstanding was that I thought it was for the total project and not for just the paint work. Please let me know if this is still not correct.

Dear Vince,
Elaine and I want to thank you for working with us the past six months during a difficult exterior painting. I guess we won't ever know for sure why the original paint didn't do the job, but your efforts to secure the advice of a Sherwin Williams paint representative, re-paint twice, and come out to the house on a number of occasions to look at the paint and discuss options with me were really appreciated.
Many (most?) companies would have put our problem "on the back burner" or made excuses as to why it must be something we did or some defect in our siding. But Elaine and I felt that you were always right beside us in trying to figure a solution. That removed a lot of the stress inherent in paying for a house painting that did not meet either your expectations or ours.
The Resilience paint that was applied last week has done a fine job. When we put the house up for sale in six months or so, I am sure that potential buyers will be impressed with the exterior paint and we will certainly not hesitate to recommend Foreman's to them.
