Jana Tarasenko is a vocalist based in Berlin and an integral part of the electronic and jazz music scene.
Dealing with a jazz and pop background, she started contributing to several downbeat- and lounge music productions, convincing as a singer, lyricist and songwriter as well.
She is also an excellent performer, whether she is presenting her own compositions or original tunes of the 30th to the 50th, jazz, ballads, chansons and even tango in the show "Swing Lamour" with her band live on stage. It's always a touching experience to listen to her great voice and see her sparkling presence on stage.
She amazes her audience with a distinctive voice, that may sound one time tender and another time full of energy and stretches from an airy breath to a soulful vibrato.
Her singing is sensitive and deep due to her approach without any
concession to the creative process, searching for the perfect melody and sound.
Jana Tarasenko has been featured on many successful productions.

Behind the scenes Jana is working on new songs with some of the finest artists of the jazz and chillout scene and on the first longplayer under her own name.
The Beach Hoppers debut longplayer album "Tender Treatment" with Jana's vocals and lyrics, produced by Roland Voss (Lemongrass), Daniel Voss and French artist Eskadet (Stephane Klepper) has been released in 2009 on the label Lemongrassmusic and in Japan on R2 Lounge, a recommendation of German Klassik Radio.
