ITEMS:
-Each item are only made once and ECLECTICA do not accept any custom made order.
-Clothes size are temporarily only available in Medium size.
ORDER:
-If you want to order any item, you can send me an email by filling the form in the ORDER menu.
PAYMENT:
ECLECTICA only accept direct bank transfers via BCA. Personal checks, credit cards, or money orders are not accepted.
SHIPPING:
-Delivery cost will be added to the item's price if delivery service is neccesary.
-Cost for packages requested wrapped in good quality boxes is 20.000 IDR per box. If customer do not request the item to be wrapped in a box, it will only be wrapped in plastic and thick paper envelope.
-Orders are not delivered on weekends and holidays.
-ECLECTICA will only hand customers' orders after the items are fully paid.
RETURNS:
-ECLECTICA do not accept any return of items purchased, so do ask for detail information regarding the items before you purchase any of them.
