Tan Haur (b. 1963) a Singaporean fine art photographer and a multi disciplinary artist, is well known for his multi faceted work in the art of digital imaging, photography, painting and underwater sketching. He graduated from the Australian National University (Master of Visual Arts) with a high distinction in digital imaging and photography in 2007. Tan practices Zen in his daily life activities and nowadays he create art out of personal necessity, Tan uses his art as a means for self-discovery, inner healing, seeking happiness, contemplation and searching for his true being. The Black Mountain Series had won Tan a Silver Award in Paris PX3 Photo Competition, Digital Enhanced Catagory 2011, France.
The IN BEIJING Series had been exhibitied at the French Cultural Centre, Alliance Française de Singapour Gallery in year 2010.
