One of my passions over the last couple of years has been photography. I have always been into the artistic side of life and love what i can create as an image.
Growing up in a stage lighting background has taught me tricks and traits that I have been able to apply to my photography work, some of which can be seen on this website. Through using different lighting techniques and creating a different look for each image, I am able to produce sharp, intricate images..
Being self taught in photography has enabled me to learn at my own pace, meaning my style is entirely original.

Im Emily. I love simplicity and nice cup of Tea.Ive been teaching myself Photography and Adobe Creative Suite skills for nearly 6 years now.Photography is one of my greatest passions.I broke off from the Art subject in Year 8, but Photography has brought me back into it. Ive just completed VCE. I successfully passed Media, Visual Communication & Design, and Art, all with Photography as my main Medium.My work for Media will hopefully be displayed in the Melbourne Museum for the VCE Season Of Excellence, in the Top Screens and Top Designs sections.I ran my own company called Oh Snap! Photographics for a few years and now work for TakeThisPic PhotographyI started taking photos at Gigs with a 2 megapixel camera, and then realised I really enjoyed it.I enjoyed getting amazing shots. The satisfaction and rewarding feeling became my own form of confidence.4 years later, and ive gone a long way with it.Ive learnt so much and Im learning more at every click.It really is my creative escape and I wish I could take photos all day.
