I invite you to play your drum with sacred intention. I invite you to play your drum with all the love in your heart. Bring light to the shadows, and confront your deepest fears.
Play your drum, as you look deeply within yourself, discarding all of the identities that are not really you, until you touch that indescribable space that is the real you. Your drum beat becomes one with my drumbeat and the beat of the entire circle. You and the entire circle dissolve into the One.
Jeff Deen was born with music in his heart
and rhythm in his hands. Through drumming, Jeff is able to share a gift of empowerment, upliftment and healing. Jeff and his drums are instruments of healing. A former attorney, Jeff currently divides his schedule between performing and composing as a musician, and facilitating sacred transformational drumming circles. Jeff's mission is to connect people with their innermost essence and to connect people to each other through transformational and meditative drumming.
For Jeff, drumming is a sacred activity, one which connects him to the infinite state of presence, love and peace that some would call the Divine. Through his drumming,
Jeff is able to transmit this deep state of presence and connection to the audience
or participants in the sacred drum circle. Jeff invites others to join him in a state of
intense presence, with the drums anchoring that state. When several are joined
together in this state of presence, communion and receptivity, profound transformation and healing may occur.

Before you can manifest your dreams and visions for 2012, you must
"Leave it All Behind." Join Jeff Deen, as he drums you through a guided meditation, where you will release all that no longer serves you. Through the power of vibration from the drums and your voices, and your collective intentions, we will cook our limiting beliefs and fears in a soup of loving sound. After using sound and vibration to tap into our highest potential of love, we then use our collective vibration to send healing to those who need it. Drums will be provided for part of session.
During the meditation, you are encouraged to simply listen to the drumming,
dropping deeper into yourself.
