    Cancel all transactions

    • I canceled my premium. I also want to cancel the domain registration and email and receive a refund . Will you do so and give me a cancel to confirm? 907-947-3251

      Hi tjlenahan,

      Thank you for contacting Wix support.

      Once you have purchased a domain, you will not be able to edit, cancel or delete it. If you decide that you no longer wish to keep the domain that you purchased, you can change the auto renewal settings so that you will not be charged again after the subscription expires.

      To turn off the auto renewal: Sign in to your Wix account > from the top right of the page, hover over the user panel > click Billing & Payment.

      Under Domain Subscriptions, next to the relevant domain, click Manage > next to Next Payment, click Cancel payments > select No, I will renew the domain manually > click Save.
