    social part not visible

    • All of a sudden the fb like button, the twitter tweet button, the google +1 button and the fb comments are invisible on all pages from my site and in the editor. When I click on the place where they were in the editor, I can see they didn't totally disappear because then an empty box is shown. There was a social part on, for example, the page http://www.sylviaveldhuis.nl/#!hakken-breken-de-vrouw/cb31, but now you can only see a white area underneath the text. Can you please fix this problem and make the social part visible again asap? Thanks in advance.

      I just saw I have the same problem on my other site, for example on the page http://www.rk-kids.nl/#!doop-senne/c1qr9. The problem only exists in the desktop version, not on the mobile site.

      Hi, 

      I had no issues to see your social icons.

      While browsing on the web, your computer and browser stores various information. This build up of information can sometimes cause conflict.

      Please clear your browser's cache. You can find step by step instructions here.

      Thank you for your answer. I cleared my browser's cache, but the problem persists in this browser (Google Chrome). With Internet Explorer I can see my site properly. Do you have any other ideas to solve this problem with Chrome on my desktop?

      Please note that clearing your browser's cache will not resolve all issues.

      I also installed the latest version of Chrome, but the problem still persists. Any other ideas?

      Hi Sylvia,

      Do you happen to have an Avast extension installed on your Google Chrome? If you do, please try to disable it and check if this solves the problem.

      Thank you very much for your help! My Avast virus scanner caused the problem indeed.
