      Hey JustThrilled ,

      Thank you for contacting Wix support.

      I tested your site justthrilled.com on my end and it appears to be working perfectly.

      I also checked your account and your premium plan is active and your domain is connected properly.

      Please let us know if the problem persists on your end.

      This problem is occurring with tablets, and cell phones. I treid testing website loading on 2 samsung tablets and 2 different cell phones and couldn't get the website to come up, after minutes of waiting the screen remained white.

      this problem is not occurring with pc's or laptops to my knowledge...

      a side note* I did a site speed test from my pc, using pingdom with results stating my site loads in 1.58 seconds (faster than 78% tested).. so I can't figure out what is going on...

      actually, customers using laptops are having difficulties as well, to be more specific, windows 8 operating on a Toshiba laptop...

      Hi there,

      I've managed to access your site from my iPhone4 and it works. However, the loading screen stayed around for quite a bit before displaying the home page.

      I've noticed you've switched your optimized mobile view off. A mobile-optimized site is automatically created for you from the contents of your desktop HTML website. After viewing and editing your mobile site in the Mobile Editor, activate Optimized Mobile View to direct your users to this optimized version of your website from smartphone devices.

      New elements and changes that you make to your desktop site will affect your mobile site. Therefore, we highly recommend building and editing your desktop site to completion before editing your mobile site and enabling Optimized Mobile View.

      Click here for more information or watch the video tutorial below.

      I hope this was helpful,

      - Daniel M, Wix team.

      I'm glad your experiencing the same issue...  I need to know why my home page is taking a extended amount of time to load, or not appearing at all in my case...

      I am aware of mobile optimization(as I'm reminded it's available every time I hit save or publish) but my site is not finished so it won't apply until a later date...

      for now, let's focus on diagnosing the issue .. ;}

      Hey,

      Please note that some components known for being "heavier" then others. Such as:

      * Big images.

      * Galleries with large quantity of images/ products

      * Large quantity of pages (more then 10)

      In order to make your site upload faster we advise you to:

      1. Follow our image-optimization guidelines here.

      2. Considering splitting your gallery (either image or product) to multiple, smaller galleries.

      3. Considering using our ListBuilder or Blog in order to reduce your page quantity.

      Please make sure to choose your home-page components wisely, as they're directly influencing the site upload speed.
