    Hey a91357,

Thank you for contacting Wix support.

Following your query, I have visited your site using my iPhone 5 and I was able to replicate the issue in which you have reported:

Following that, I have accessed your site's editor and I was able to see that you have created your Google AdSense using the HTML app, in which could be the reason that it does not adapt well to the browser in the mobile.

In order to rectify this, we recommend you to remove the HTML app and add the Google AdSense app instead.

To add Google AdSense: From the left side of the Editor, click the App Market icon > type Google AdSense in the search bar > click Add to site.

Note: If, on your site, you see a blank box instead of the Google Adsense app, it is possible that there is a conflict with your local internet security software or a browser extension (ag. AdBlock). To test this, please view your site using an anonymous browsing window as follows:

    - Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N

    - Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P

If you are able to see the Google AdSense app using an anonymous browsing window, please attempt to disable your browser extensions and Internet monitoring software, one at a time, to determine which one is causing the problem.

Furthermore, we have noticed that you have not yet enables the optimized mobile view for your site. A mobile-optimized site is automatically created for you from the contents of your desktop HTML website. After viewing and editing your mobile site in the Mobile Editor, activate Optimized Mobile View to direct your users to this optimized version of your website from smartphone devices.

New elements and changes that you make to your desktop site will affect your mobile site. Therefore, we highly recommend building and editing your desktop site to completion before editing your mobile site and enabling Optimized Mobile View.

Please let us know should you need any further assistance.

    Thank you for that.
What I mean't was in mobile view, previously it had shrunken the size to accommodate for the mobile view but now it is not.  Help here would be appreciated.  adsense app isn't needed since it worked fine before, besides there are some 200 ads which I'm not about to swap over.

    Hi,

Please keep in mind that by adding external HTML code you are adding products and code that we have not tested or created in Wix, therefore our support team cannot answer any questions concerning the HTML iFrame/Embed App.

We recommend following Nati's instructions and add the ads using the Google AdSense app.

    Thanks.

    Understandable, but Nati mentions too many errors that could go wrong with the viewers website (quoted below) I can't expect random viewers to abide by this or even expect them to know what to do if they can't view the google adsense app, seems more logical to stick with the html app, unless you have a suggestion;

    Hey,

Please note that if your users use the AdBlock extension, it will also block the html adsense app.

Please make sure you are using our Google AdSense App and follow the steps from Nati's reply.  To find out more about how you can add the Google AdSense App to your site, please check out this link.

The wix app is flawed, it only allows me to choose text, Image or text & image, there is no option to then choose the size of image ad, help here would be appreciated.

Currently you cannot resize the app in another way than customizing the layout, as suggested.

You can either select one of the layout options, or continue using the HTML code while bearing in mind it can be displayed truncated on mobile.
