i have canceled the account over a year ago but I am still receiving "Urgent payment issues" through emails. Please stop emails and cancel account .

Thanks for contacting Wix support.
The renewal attempts are for your domain name subscription which you did not cancel.
To cancel the domain: Sign in to your Wix account > from the top right of the page, hover over the user panel > click Billing & Payment.
Under Domain Subscriptions, next to the relevant domain, click Manage > next to Next Payment, click Cancel payments > select No, I will renew the domain manually > click Save.
