    How do I update the payment details in my Wix account? - 150363061

    • Hi, I need help urgently, it seems there was a mistake on my credit card number, the payment could not be made so I wrote everything again yesterday but it stills shows the message "incomplete payment" (pago incompleto).

      Is the new information ok?

      how do i know if the payment has been taken correctly?

      I dont want my account to expire... the ID package is: f481696

      Hey, 

      Unfortunately the payment has been declined again.  

      Please contact your bank to find out why the payment was declined or add an alternate card.

      Please let us know should you require any further assistance.

      Is there any chance the problem is because of the currency??? my account is in ARS and I think you are trying in USS. If so, is it possile you change the currency?

      I had no problem with this las year... I`ll contact my back anyway but just in case they refuse my request, let me know which are my other choices...

      Hi,

      I checked your Wix account and I saw your premium package was successfully renewed on:1/6/2014

      The transaction was approved.
