Adding PDF and Word documents
I have accessed your support area online in an effort to find how to load PDF & word docs onto my website. Information suggests I got to editor and then click my files to upload . There is no ' my files' that I can locate on my web page in editor. Can you please confirm that I can attach PDF & Word on my website and if so can you please state each step of what I have to do and where things are located. This is totally new to me and not familiar with a lot of IT technology.

The instructions you saw are for the flash editor, whereas you're using the HTML5 editor.

Or you can follow the steps below:
1. Enter your editor an click on the image or mark the text you want to use.
2. Click on the "Link To" Box and choose "Document".
3. Double click the empty field under "Add/Change Document", upload your document and click "OK".
After publishing the document, viewers will only need to click on it to download it!
Please note: You can upload these files: doc & .docx, .xls & .xlsx, .ppt & .pptx, .odt, .pdf and .odf .
