• Overview

    Add documents directly to your site from your computer. Your visitors can then download the document by clicking it.

    Please note: You can upload these files: doc & .docx, .xls & .xlsx, .ppt & .pptx, .odt, .odp and .pdf
    The maximum upload file size is 15MB.

  • Uploading a Document

    Upload a new document to your site from Document Settings.

    To upload a document:

    1. From the left side of the Editor, click the plus icon to open Add.
    2. From Add, click Media and then click Document.
    3. Click the document icon to select it and then click Settings.
    4. From Document Settings, click Choose Document.
    5. From My Documents, click Upload Documents.

    6. Browse your folders and select your document. Click Open to upload your document.

    To select more than one document, hold down the CTRL key and click several documents.

    7. From My Documents, click your document and then click Choose Document to add it to your site.

    A new document is uploaded and added to your site.

  • Adding a Document

    Add a document to your site from the Document Settings window.

    To add a document:

    1. From the left side of the Editor, click the plus icon to open Add.
    2. From Add, click Media and then click Document.
    3. Click the document icon to select it and then click Settings.
    4. From Document Settings, click Choose Document.

    5. From My Documents, click a document and then click Choose Document.

     

    A document is added to your site.

  • Organizing Your Documents

    You can organize your documents easily from My Documents.

    A quick guide to organizing your documents in My Documents:

    • Roll over a document and then click the trash can icon to delete the document.
    • Click on Date or A-Z buttons to sort your documents by date or alphabetical order.
    • Checkmark the Select All icon to select all of your documents. Uncheck the icon to deselect your documents.
    • Press CTRL and click documents to select several.
    • Use the search box to find a document by its title.
  • Customizing a Document

    Customize your documents by clicking them and updating your settings from the Document Settings window.

    To customize a document:

    1. From the Editor, click the document icon, and click Settings.
    2. From Document Settings, click Change Icon to change your document icon.

    3. From the Icons gallery, click an image or upload your own.
    4. Click Choose Icon.
    5. From Document Settings, under Title, type a title in the field.

    Uncheck Show Document Title to hide the document title that appears below the document icon.

    6. Click Change Style to customize the Text Mouseover color, Text and Font Style of the document title. Click OK to save your changes.

    Your document is customized.

  • Deleting a Document

    To delete a document:

    1. From the editor, click the document to select it.
    2. Press Delete on your keyboard.

    Your document is deleted.
