• Overview

    The List Builder allows you to create and manage lists on your site. You can build any kind of list including product catalogs, FAQs, news and much more!

  • Adding a List

    To add a list:

    1. From the left side of the Editor, click the plus sign to open Add.
    2. From Add, click List Builder.
    3. From the left side of List Builder, click a list layout.

    You can preview the different page layouts to the right of the list.

    4. Click Add to site.
    5. From the pop-up, click OK.

    A new list is added to your site.

    Adding a new list creates a new library A library is a collection of all of your items. You can use your library in more than one list and you can create multiple libraries.

  • Editing Your List Items

    To edit your list items:

    1. Click the list to select it and then click Manage Items.
    2. From List Settings, under the Items tab, click a list item to select it.
    3. Click Edit.
    4. From the list item, edit the fields.

    Your fields will vary depending on your list design. You can add or remove fields from your items.

    5. From the top of the Items tab, click Back.
    6. Repeat Steps 2 through 5 to edit the rest of your items.

    Your items are edited.

  • Adding a New List Item

    To add a list item:

    1. Click the list to select it and then click Add Item.
    2. From the list item, edit the fields.

    A new item is added to your list.

  • Duplicating a List Item

    To duplicate a list item:

    1. Click the list to select it and then click Edit Item.
    2. From the list item, click the duplicate icon.

    Your item is duplicated and added to your list.

  • Deleting a List Item

    To delete a list item:

    1. Click the list to select it and then click Edit Item.
    2. From the list item, click the trash can icon.

    Your item is deleted from your list.

  • Reordering Your List Items

    To reorder your list items:

    1. Click the list to select it and then click Manage Items.
    2. From List Settings, under the Items tab, roll over the left side of an item.
    3. Drag and drop the item into place.
    4. Repeat Steps 2 and 3 to reorder more items.

    Your items are reordered.

  • Filtering Your List Items

    You can hide or show items from a library on a list.

    A library is a collection of all of your items. 

    To hide or show items from a library on your list:

    1. Click the list to select it and then click Manage Items.
    2. From List Settings, under the Items tab, click Filter.
    3. From Library items, check or uncheck the boxes next to your items.
    4. Click OK.

    Your list items change.

  • Changing a List Name

    To change your list name:

    1. Click the list to select it and then click List Settings.
    2. From List Settings, click the Options tab.
    3. From the Options tab, under List name, type a name in the field.
    4. Click Update.

    The list name changes. 

  • Changing a Library Name

    To change your library name:

    1. Click the list to select it and then click List Settings.
    2. From List Settings, click the Options tab.
    3. From the Options tab, under Library name, type a name in the field.
    4. Click Update.

    The library name changes.
