Add Flash to your HTML site with the Flash App!
Please note: By adding the Flash app, you are adding elements we have not created or tested.
Therefore our Support team cannot answer technical questions concerning the Flash app.
To add a Flash element to your HTML site:
1. Create a Flash element outside of Wix and save it to your computer as a .SWF file.
2. From the left side of the Editor, click the market icon to open Wix App Market.
3. From Wix App Market, click Flash Element.
4. From Flash Element, click Add to site.
5. From Flash Settings, click Change.
6. Click a Flash file or upload your own. Click OK.
Your Flash element appears on your site.
The fallback image is an image that visitors will see instead of your Flash element if Flash cannot be loaded on their computer or mobile device. You can choose your own fallback image for your Flash element.
To change the fallback image:
1. Click your Flash element.
2. From Flash Settings, under Fallback Image, click Change Image.
3. Click an image or upload your own.
4. Click OK.
Your fallback image changes.
Once you have added a Flash element to your site, customize it from the Flash Settings window:
Scaling – set the Scaling for your Flash element to Original size, Fit or Stretch.
Fallback Image – choose a Fallback Image for your Flash element.
Link – link your Flash element to an external website, a page of your site, an email address or a document.
