• Overview

    When you first enter the Store Manager, you will see the Orders tab. This tab shows you a list of all of your orders.

    From the top right of the Orders tab, you can search for a specific order by typing a search term in the Search field.

    Next to the Search field, you will see two buttons: All and Open Orders. Click All to display a list of all of your orders. Click Open Orders to display a list of your open orders only.

    Click an open order to open it and see more information about the order. From the open order page, you will see your Buyer’s Details, Payment Details, Shipping Details and the product or products that the buyer has ordered.

  • Completing an Order

    You can use the details in the Orders tab to help you track and complete your buyers’ orders. Once you have completed an order, you can mark it as completed.

    To complete an order:

    1. From the Orders tab of the Store Manager, click an open order.
    2. Use the details on this screen to fill the buyer’s order.
    3. Click Complete Order.

    4. From the confirmation window, click Ok, Complete Order.

    Your order is completed.

  • Adding Notes to an Order

    You can add notes for yourself to each order to help you remember specifics about a particular order.

    To add a note to an order:

    1. From the Orders tab of the Store Manager, click an open order.

    2. Type a note in the note field.
    3. Click Save Note.

    A note has been added to your order.

  • Tracking a Shipped Order

    Once you have shipped an order, you can type the tracking number in the order to help you know where the order is and when it will arrive at its destination.

    To track a shipped order:

    1. From the Orders tab of the Store Manager, click an order.
    2. Under Tracking No., type the tracking number in the field.

    3. Click the truck icon to see tracking information on the courier's website.

    You are tracking your order.
