You can purchase personalized emails from Google Apps directly from Wix!

Please note that if you already have a Google Apps account for your domain name (paid or free), you will not be able to purchase one from Wix until the service with Google has expired. Google does not allow opening two Google Apps accounts for the same domain name.
If you purchase a Google Apps account through Wix that already exists at Google, the order will be automatically cancelled and refunded.

When you sign up for a Google Apps email service, you are automatically billed for the renewal of the email service on either a monthly or yearly basis depending on the plan purchased until it is cancelled.
Please note that once you have selected a payment cycle you will not be able to change it. If you select yearly you will not be able to change to a monthly cycle and vice versa.
If you have purchased a yearly plan, the auto-renewal will occur 23 days before the anniversary of the purchase to ensure there is no interruption to your service.
Wix sends notification emails two weeks before the renewal of yearly mailbox subscriptions so that users can decide if they would like to continue or not. Please check all mail folders including spam folders as often this message can get filtered out.
When you no longer want to continue with your Google Apps mailbox service, you just need to cancel to stop any further charges. You can find cancellation instructions here.
Important: When a Google Apps email account is cancelled due to non-payment, all mailboxes related to the email account will be cancelled and all data in the email account will be deleted with no option for retrieval or restoration of the data.
The most likely reasons for your payment failing are:
1. The payment was declined by your credit card provider.
2. Your credit card number was invalid or expired.
3. Insufficient funds.
4. The credit card entered is not approved for online, international or recurring payments.
Please check the reason for the failure with your bank/credit card company.
To update the credit card details for your Google Apps email subscription:
1. Sign into Wix.com.
2. Click My Account.
3. From My Account, next to Manage Premium, click Billing and Payment.
4. Under Mailbox Subscription, next to the relevant domain name, click Manage.
5. Next to Payment method, click Update Payment Method.
6. Under Update Billing Details, update your payment details.
7.Click OK/Submit, then click Done.
Your payment details are updated.
It is important to enter the credit card number without any spaces.
You can use multiple credit cards for email subscriptions and change them at any time.
Unfortunately it's not possible to transfer your Google Apps email service to a different Wix account.
If you have more than one email address associated with your domain name, please note that it is not possible to cancel any of these mailboxes without cancelling your Google Apps account. When you cancel your email subscription, all of the mailboxes associated with your domain name will be cancelled.
Important: After cancelling an email account subscription, your email account will remain active until the next renewal date. After the renewal date, all mailboxes related to the email account will be cancelled and all data in the email account will be deleted with no option for retrieval or restoration of the data.

If you are cancelling a yearly plan, please remember that the renewal payment will be attempted one month before the anniversary of your purchase. You will need to cancel before this in order to prevent the auto-renewal payment.
If your Google Apps email subscription has expired, please go to Manage Premium, click the Mailboxes tab, click on Repurchase mailbox, and follow the instructions.
Please note that it may not be be possible to repurchase your Google Apps mailbox until up to 5 days after the expiry date. If you are unable to use the repurchase feature, please try again later.
Google Apps email purchases are non-refundable. You can stop your Google Apps Mailbox service at anytime by cancelling to stop further charges. You can find cancellation instructions here.
Can I transfer my mailbox to another account?
It's not possible to transfer your Google Apps mailbox to another Wix account, or to transfer it outside of Wix.
Once you have purchased a mailbox service you will need to manage it from the same Wix account.
I already have a Google Apps mailbox with Google, can I purchase additional mailboxes through Wix?
Please note that if you already have a Google Apps account for your domain name, you will not be able to purchase one from Wix. Google does not allow opening two Google Apps accounts for the same domain name.
I’m purchasing an additional mail box for my domain name, how will I be charged?
Your new mailboxes will inherit the same renewal date as your original email account purchase. Any overlapping days/months will appear as discounted on your payment page.
Can I change my payment cycle?
Currently there is no option to change the payment cycle. Once you have selected a payment cycle you will not be able to change this. If you select yearly you will not be able to change to a monthly cycle and vice versa.
