Grouping Items
There are two ways to easily group your items:
Best method for Master Pages:
1. Place your cursor over the top left or right hand side of the objects you wish to group > left click your mouse and hold while dragging the cursor down over all the items you wish to group (like highlighting a text) > once all of your items are inside the grey outlined box produced by your clicked mouse cursor, let go of the mouse > click the broken blue box now displaying on the top left hand side of this grey outlined box > the blue box will turn red indicating that you have successfully locked your items as a group!

2. Now your items are grouped so you can move them around as one single group.
Best method for Pages:
1. Press and hold down the CTRL button on your keyboard while clicking on all of the items within your Page with your left mouse button > once you have selected all of the items that you would like to group, click the broken blue box on the top left hand side of the grey outlined box containing your items > the blue box will turn red indicating that you have successfully locked your items as a group!
If you are using an Apple computer, follow the above instructions but instead of the CTRL button press and hold the Command button on your keyboard.

2. Now your items are grouped so you can move them around as one single group.
