Pics: .jpg, .png, .gif and .swf by going to My Files > Pics.
Music: .mp3, by going to My Files > Music.
Video: upload video to Youtube and then, in the editor, go to Add > Music & Video > Video.
Docs: doc & .docx, .xls & .xlsx, .ppt & .pptx, .odt, .pdf by going to My Files > Docs.Size limits:
Pics: 5MB/.jpg, .png, .gif & .swf
Music: 15MB/.mp3
