To create a Google Apps Business account:

1. Go to this link.
2. Click Begin Free Trial (if you don't want a business account, click "Solutions" > "Google Apps" Free).

3. Under Enter your domain name, type in your domain name (e.g. mydomain.com).

4. Click Continue sign up.
5. Follow the prompts to create a Google Apps account.
6. A confirmation email with further instructions will be sent to your email address.
7. Click on the activation link in your email and log into your new Google Apps account.

Your Google Apps account has been created.

Google Apps for business have their own affiliated costs, and connecting these services to your domain is not a free service.
Check out the Google Apps Standard Edition for more information on how to get up to 10 free emails for your organization.

To verify your domain with Google Apps:
1. Log into your new Google Apps account.
2. If you are entering your account for the first time, you will be taken directly to the Setup screen. If you are not taken to the Setup screen, click Setup and then click Next

3. Under What domain did you sign up with?, select the relevant option and then click Next.

4. Under Let's verify that you own your domain, click Next.

5. The Verification status should read Not Verified. Select Add a DNS record to your domain's configuration.
If your domain is already verified, the Verification status will read Verified.

6. From the drop-down menu under Instructions, select your domain registrar and follow the steps provided. If your domain registrar is not on the list or if you own a Wix domain, select Other.
Important! Select a domain registrar only if your domain is Pointing to Wix by IP. If your domain is connected to Wix with name servers, select Other even if your domain registrar is on the list.

7. Copy the TXT record.

8. Before clicking Verify, please follow these instructions:

If your domain is connected to Wix by IP:
You will need to access your DNS controls and add the TXT record that you copied in Step 7 to your domain records. If you don't know how to do this, please send the following email to your domain host:
"Dear domain host,
I am using Google Apps and I need to add the following TXT record to verify my domain with them:
TXT: Paste the TXT record that you copied in Step 7 here (see the screenshot above for an example of a TXT record).

If your domain is a Wix domain or is connected to Wix with the Wix nameservers:
a. Login to wix.com > My Account > Manage Premium > Domains
b. Click your domain > (Advanced >) Manage > Add New TXT Record
c. Next to TXT Value , enter your TXT record. Click Add.

9. After following these steps, return to the Google Apps screen and click Verify.
10. You will be directed to a screen that looks like the one below.
You should see a checkmark next to a sentence indicating that All Google Apps services are running smoothly.

Your domain is verified with Google Apps.

To connect your Google Apps Email to Wix:
Create MX records so that your emails are redirected to your Google Apps account by doing one of the following:

If your domain is connected to Wix by IP:
Add your MX records manually by using your domain's DNS control or contact your domain host and ask them to add the following MX records:

5| ALT1.ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM
5| ALT2.ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM
10| ASPMX2.GOOGLEMAIL.COM

If your domain is connected to Wix with the Wix nameservers:
a. Login to wix.com > My Account > Manage Premium > Domains
b. Click your domain > Change (next to Email (MX Records)) >  choose Google Apps
