The following instructions describe how to connect your GoDaddy email to Wix. These instructions are only for users whose domain is connected to Wix with Name Servers. If you would like to connect your GoDaddy email but your domain is pointing to Wix by IP, please contact GoDaddy for information on how to connect your email.

To connect your GoDaddy email when your domain is connected to Wix using name servers:

1. Login to your GoDaddy Account.

2. Click on My Account.

3. Under My Products, click on Email.

4. Under Control Panel, next to your email account, click on Manage Account.

5. Under Actions, click on the Edit Email icon.

6. Click on the Advanced tab to check which server you are connected to.
You will find it where it says: "Your outgoing mail server is".

There are three different options, "Asia", "Europe" and "U.S." (If it's U.S., it will be smtpout.secureserver.net - you won't see the word "U.S.")

After finding this information, go into your Wix Domain Manager to update your domain records.
For more information on selecting an email provider in the Wix Domain Manager, click here . You will see three options in the Wix Domain Manager: GoDaddy,GoDaddy (Asia) and GoDaddy (Europe). Choose the option best suited to your location based on the information that you gathered in the steps above. (US users should select "GoDaddy".)

Once you have completed all of the above steps, your email will be connected.
