Can I get a refund for a third-party app upgrade?
It is not possible to receive a refund for a third-party app upgrade. App upgrades are monthly subscriptions and cancelling your upgrade will stop the renewal payment from occurring at the end of the month.
To cancel an app upgrade: Sign in to your Wix account > at the top right of the page, hover over the user panel > click Billing and Payments.
Under App Subscriptions, next to the relevant app, click Manage > next to Next Payment, click Cancel payments.
