    How do I add a Contact Form to my Wix site?

    Make sure that your visitors can reach you by adding a Contact Form to your site:

    To add a Contact Form: From the left side of the Editor, click the Add icon > click Apps > click Contact Form

    Click the Contact Form to select it > from the pop-up menu, click Settings > under Email To, check or correct the email address > under Email BCC, enter email that will be blind-copied when your visitors fill in the form > under Customize Form Fields, choose which fields should appear and rename them accordingly.

    Note: The default email address in the Email To field will be your Wix login email. You can change this email address or leave it as is.
