    Premium payment

    • here is my problem.  the way your upgraded billing packages are listed is misleading.

      the annual rate is also broken down in parenthesis, insinuating that it is billed monthly.

      it APPEARS as you commit annually with a lower monthly payment or you pay the higher rate month to month.

      there is no reason to show then the annual payment in a monthly increment as that is totally unncecessary and therefore totally misleading.

      my problem personally is that i used someone else's credit card to start as then my intention was to switch over to me next month.  well he got charged 149.00 already.  not my plan obviously.  so now i want to know the best way to undo all of this.  cancel account as i am in two week trial period?  will i lose my domain?  i need to speak with a living human obviously as these forum searches make me want to kill myself.

      If you wish to cancel your upgrade, the site will return to the free version which includes the Wix ads and the Wix domain (username.wix.com/sitename).
      We never remove/destroy websites. You will still have full control of your site!

      If you want to cancel your Premium account, please use the "Manage Premium" via "My Account".
