    Upgrading to ecommerce monthly option

    • Hi

      Please help im trying to upgrade my yearly paid wix premium plan to a eCommerce monthly payment plan. Please assist!

      Thank you for contacting Wix Support.

      We checked your account and see that you currently have a yearly Unlimited premium plan which is due to be auto renewed on 27-November.  You will need to cancel your current plan and purchase a monthly eCommerce premium plan. 

      To cancel a premium plan: Sign in to your Wix account > hover over Subscriptions > click Premium Plans.

      Next to the relevant plan, click Manage > next to Next Payment, click Cancel payments.

      You can then go ahead and purchase your desired plan.

      Thanks.  What happens to the balance of the money for the year subscription iv already paid for? Do I get the balance back ?

      Thank you for your response.

      We usually do not issue refunds after the 14 day trial period is over however as you are purchasing a new monthly premium we will be happy to issue a refund of the remaining time left on your account.  

      When you have purchased the new premium please cancel your existing premium and contact us for the refund.

      Thanks, But its not giving me the monthly option still only the yearly with a refunded discount from my previous plan? Please assist

      If you are having trouble repurchasing a plan after cancellation you may need to unassign your site from the cancelled plan, and attempt the purchase again.

      To unassign the cancelled plan from your Wix site:

      1. Sign into Wix.com.
      2. Hover over Subscriptions at the top of the page and click Premium Plans.
      3. Under the relevant premium site, click Unassign.
