Domain charge

  • My customer bought a yearly account and a separate domain name. Shoulldn't they have been given a voucher for the domain name?

    I have just checked the account associated with the domain name The reason why the owner of the account did not receive vouchers is because they upgraded to Connect Domain yearly package.

    Coupons come only with yearly upgraded to Combo/Unlimited and eCommerce packages.
