    why do I keep getting emails

      If you don't wanna receive any more mails please go to "My Account" -> "Settings" -> Uncheck "Keep me updated about new features and tips".

      If you continue to receive emails about an overdue invoice, it is likely that you did not cancel your premium effectively and the system is trying to process another payment. To cancel your Premium package:
      1. Sign into Wix.com.
      2. Click My Account.
      3. From My Account, click Manage Premium.
      4. Under Status, click Cancel next to the package that you would like to cancel.
      5. Follow the steps in the pop-ups that open.
      Your Premium package is cancelled.
      You will receive a confirmation email regarding your cancellation. 
      In addition, in Manage Premium, under Status, your document will appear as Cancelled.
      Important: Make sure to cancel any payment subscriptions (eg through PayPal) that you have set up as well!   
      If your premium shows up as cancelled in your manage premium and you continue to receive mails, please contact billing@wix.com so that we can resolve the issue. In most cases it is because you have cancelled after the renewal date and you have an outstanding invoice.
