Hello, I am awaiting for resolvetransport.com to be transferred to another provider. Can you please make this a priority and release this domain. I was also scheduled for a call from Wix this morning. I received the call and they hung up with no response at all.
I have started the transfer process, on the new provider it currently states Pending Transfer. It is in process and all parties have authorised this. Please release the domain.

Hello, I am aware of this, the code has already been submitted, the 2nd code that was generated was unintentional. My new registrar states Pending Transfer. The code has been accepted and awaits your release. Please do not act as though I have not completed the process correctly. You guys have a service level of 7 business days to maintain and release domains as so do all registrars. I suggest you release the domain. Thankyou

And do I do this through the new registrar or you?
I don't need to have any records associated to the domain in order to be able to transfer. As I already mentioned, there is a limit of time that you have to release the domain and allow the transfer.
Please accept the transfer.

When did you file in the request on your target registrar? I see that the domain was updated today with a new registrar TPP WHOLESALE PTY LTD., please allow some time for the transfer to complete.
