      Thank you for contacting Wix support.

      Please note that the price of a domain will depend on the domain name. However, some of our premium plans offer a free domain for a year (along with may other benefits and features). This surely can save you some money.

      You can review all the upgrade plans here or below.

      When you are ready, go to My Sites and click Upgrade next to the site of your choice.

      There are five upgrade options for regular Wix pages:

      Connect Domain Plan ($6.90/month) or for the yearly plan $49:
      This plan enables you to use your own domain that you purchased from any domain registrar. You can store up to 500MB, with 1GB bandwidth.

      Combo Plan ($12.95/month) or for the yearly plan $111
      This plan includes connecting your domain and removing the Wix ads from your site. You can store up to 3GB with 2GB bandwidth.

      Unlimited Plan ($15.95/month) or for the yearly plan $149:
      This plan includes connecting your domain and removing the Wix ads from your site. You can store up to 10GB with unlimited bandwidth.
      We have a special sale available for this plan: 
       

      eCommerce Plan ($19.90/month) or for the yearly plan $194:
      This plan includes connecting your domain, removing the Wix ads from your site and using the eCommerce feature. You can store up to 20GB with 10GB bandwidth.

      Available only in the U.S and Canada
      VIP Plan ($29.90/month): 
      This plan includes first priority support, connecting your domain and removing the Wix ads from your site. You can store up to 20GB with unlimited bandwidth.

      You get premium support with all of these plans!

      Please note that the plans don't include purchasing mailboxes. They can be purchased separately.

      Thanks for your reply.

      I have an eCommerce website, with my own domain, but for some reason my website is down.

      can you please let me know what I need to do to get it up again?

      Thank you for contacting Wix support.

      I can see that your premium plan was cancelled on 25-July due to payment issues. In order to reinstate your premium features you just need to upgrade your site again.

      To upgrade your site, please go to My Sites > click Upgrade next to the site that you want to upgrade.

      You can find detailed information about our premium plans here.

      Please note that we never remove/destroy websites.  If you go back from premium to free you’ll simply have your original Web address and Wix ads but you will still have full control of your site.
