    Charged $24.85 on 25th of Aug

    • Wix Team,

      I removed my account from being published back in May and I received a charge to my account that should not be there. Maybe I forgot to cancel something else in the past, but when I removed my page from being published back in May I meant to remove all services that would charge my account. 

      How can you guys help me?

      Emailing me at b12.groesbeck@gmail.com would be preferred as well, rather than having to log on to my account to get this question answered.

      Dear Brock,

      Please be advised that you domain" byusigma.org" is stil active and the charge for USD 24.85 made on August 25th 2014 was for this domian.

      Once you have purchased a domain, you will not be able to edit, cancel or delete it. If you decide that you no longer wish to keep the domain that you purchased, you can change the auto renewal settings so that you will not be charged again after the subscription expires.

      To turn off the auto renewal: Sign in to your Wix account > from the top right of the page, hover over the user panel > click Billing & Payment.

      Under Domain Subscriptions, next to the relevant domain, click Manage > next to Next Payment, click Cancel payments > select No, I will renew the domain manually > click Save.

      Is there any way to have the money charged back to my account considering my ignorance?

      Hi,

      Thank you for your response.

      It is not possible to issue a refund for the renewal of your domain.  Please follow the instructions above to switch off the auto renewal so you are not charged again.
