    problem with my mails

    • my domain include 10 mailbox.

      when i conect my new wix site to my domail i had for many years/ the mails dosent work.

      i bought google apps mail/

      but  now i just have 1 mailbox that work/

      in the other i didnt get or send mail.

      i cant efford to buy now 9 mail box from google!!

      what should i do/

      i just want to get the mails!!

      Hey Dana,

       

      I can see that your MX records are set to Google Apps. Please allow up to 72 hours for the changes to propagate for your external mailboxes.

      I did not understand the question/issue here.

      You purchased one google apps mailbox through Wix. I am not sure what you mean by saying your domain includes 10 mailboxes?

       

      Did you purchase 10 mailboxs with a different email host?

      i had before 10 mailbox in this domain

      when i did the conect to the wix

      the mails stop to work

      so i did the google apps

      but now i have just 1 mailbox and to have more i have to pay 50$ for each mailbox

       how i can use the other mailbox without pay to google apps?????????

      Dana,

       

      There is no need to purchase google apps mailboxes if you already have an email host.

      Please contact your email host and ask for a DNS/MX records list that they require for your email account and forward us their reply. We will assist you in updating your DNS records.

      Hey,

       

      I have updated the MX record as requested.

      You can cancel future renewals for your mailbox by going to the "billing&payment" page, there click manage under the mailbox list and click on the cancel button.

      The MX record i added is only responsible for receiving emails. Also it can take a couple of hours for the changes to take effect.

       

      If you are still having difficulties with your old emails, contact your email host and ask for a complete list of DNS records that they require and forward us their reply.

      I've set up the relevant remaining records. 

      Unfortunately Wix mailbox purchases are non-refundable once registered. Wix mailbox purchases are separate from Premium package purchases and do not have a 14-day free trial policy.

      I apologize for the misunderstanding, note that while i'm aware that you've purchased the mailbox 3 days ago, i've said that we don't have a 14 days refund policy for the mailboxes, and as you've purchased a mailbox before consulting us regarding your issue we unfortunately can't reimburse you for this purchase.

      חוץ מזה שזו חוצפה!

      המיילים לא עבדו בגלל העברת האתר.

      לא היתה ברירה התחברתי לגוגל אפ ואכן המיילים זרמו.

      לאחר מכן אתם סידרתם את הנתונים והבנתי שהרכישה מיותרת.

      זה לא מקובל עלי.

      מבקשת לדבר עם מציג שלכם ולהבין במה דברים אמורים.

      בנוגע לקישורים, סאב דומיין לא עושה העברה אוטומטית מכתובת לכתובת. הוא מאפשר לך להפנות את מי שניגש אליו לשרת אחר.

      אני הגדרתי אותו כך שהוא יפנה לכתובת של השרת שסיפקת לנו, כל הגדרה אחרת צריכה להתבצע בצד של הספק. אני לא יכול לכוון את הסאב דומיין לדף מסויים.

      אם הבנתי לא נכון את הבקשה שלך אני אשמח אם תפרטי ואבדוק איך אפשר לעזור.

      בנוגע לתשלום - מאחר ולא הייתה שום תקלה מהצד שלנו, לצערי לא נוכל לזכות אותך בעבור התיבה. בחרת לרכוש אותה מבלי להתייעץ איתנו קודם לגבי התיבות הקודמות - שניתן להפעיל אותן ואנו מספקים הנחיות מפורטות בעמודי המידע שלנו. בניגוד לחבילות שלנו, לתיבת הדואר של גוגל (אנחנו פועלים כ"משווקים" למעשה), אין 14 ימים להחזר מלא, ולכן למרות שרכשת אותה השבוע לא ניתן לקבל עליה החזר.
