    problems with wix website

    • I am working on my website over 2 months now. writing contect and promoting it and building links.

      i even got my first page rank 1. since then i got a lot of customer complaints that the website looks bad on safari and internet explorer. more then that 3rd party sofware never works well on your platform.

      are you going to fix the problem with the view on different browsers ? its critical !

      I tested your site on various browsers and it appears to be working perfectly and looking good (Tested in Chrome, IE9, Firefox). What viewing problems are you experiencing with these browsers? What appears to be looking different?

      this is another screen shot of the menu of my site missing the home button. also with ei9.

      i dont have safari installed but i was viewing my site on safari and it was even worse:

      I tried fixing it by entering the editor through internet explorer but theres still changes between IE9 and chrome. then, I paid attention that the fonts and change between browsers...changing the size as well...there is only one font in hebrew making it impossible for me to fix it.

      What do you recommend ?

       I have just viewed your site in IE9 and was unable to recreate the issue you are experiencing.

       

      While working on your Wix site, your computer and browser stores various information. This build up of information can sometimes cause conflict.
      Please clear your browser's cache. You can find step by step instructions here .

      To clear the flash cookies, please log out of your account, go here and click on "Delete all sites".

      its because i entered the editor from ei9 and re-edited my site to fix the problems. the fonts still look different between chrome and EI9. can you upload a hebrew font which wont change between browsers? also, are you going to fix the floating chat issue on your html plugin? (i want to implement a floating chat on my site and your platform does not support it).

      Could you please tell me to which Chat app are you referring to and under which page of your site ?

      I sent a screen shot of the two above.

      Regarding the chat app. Every chat app i use on your platform does not support the floating part of the code. In todays e-commerse sites, its required to have a floating chat crowling down with the visitor. it improves conversion and sales. Im paying money on ppc campigns and this can really help me. I was disapointed  to find out that you do not support this feature.

      We document and learn from every feature request and bug brought to our attention. These objectives are immediately high priority milestones in Wix's product road map.

      I am a wix customer.  I have a site called www.ashshukla.com when I tried to open the site today it ways site is not available.  On my phone it says corme can't find my site.  We need to fix this asap because I am about to run a major campaign.  I simply can't have these issues.
