Paid for 2 personalised emails and cannot set up the 2nd one?
I am sure it is quite simple BUT I have just paid for 2 personalised email accounts but only seem to be able to access 1 of them. I paid a yearly fee so would really like to sort this out soon please?

I can indeed see that you have purchased 2 mailboxes, so it is simply a manner of understanding what exactly goes wrong when you try to log in.
1. What are the names of both boxes?
2. Which one can you not login to?
3. What exactly happens when you attempt to login?
