  • When editing a text box in the List building the background is a dark gray making it difficult to see the text your editing.  How is this changed?

    Here is the screen shot.  Only occurs when you actually place the cursor in the field to edit (and the text toolbar is displayed).

    Hey, 

    I couldn't replicate the issue at my end. 

    While browsing on the web, your computer and browser stores various information. This build up of information can sometimes cause conflict.

    Please clear your browser's cache. You can find step by step instructions here.

    This is not a browser issue so far as we can see.  

    It occurs consistently on different devices using four different browsers Safari / Firefox / Chrome (on a Mac) and IE, using a MacBook Pro and a PC running Windows XP.

    Perhaps you could duplicate it using the same template we chose for the site.  Are you able to check the template in use or can you tell me how to do this?

    I also couldn't recreate this issue on my end:

     

    I know you've said you believe this problem is not browser related, but have you tried clearing your browser's cache?

    Cache has been cleared.  Again, it happens on multiple browsers (four of them ... Safari, IE, Firefox and Chrome) and two operating systems.  Not the browser.

    As I suggested, it seems to me that the template may be involved here..  Please check the template we are using, or tell me how to determine which template was chosen originally so that you can do your test using the same template.

    I have visited your site's editor and I was able to recreate the issue.

     

    Please know that we are aware of this glitch and that it may occur at rare times.  However, when adding a new list, this glitch will not appear.
