i bought a email package and wanted to use a specified email address
I purchased an email package on six to go along with my account. i wanted to set a specific email address up but it seems that this has been down automatically by WIX and is the wrong information!!
Can you tell me how this has happened?

Please note that none of our premium plan include a mailbox.
You can now purchase personalized emails from Google Apps directly from Wix! For detailed instructions click here, or watch the video tutorial below.
You can also use any other Email host you like. For general information please click here.

yes i understand that. I've purchased an email app account to accompany the domain that i own. What I'm saying is that i didn't set it up, it was done for me??

Please note that you have two mail subscriptions: for lambertlegal.com and for blindmanbelfast.com.
The mailbox for lambertlegal.com is not set up yet.
To set up your mail go to Subscriptions -Mailboxes -> next to the relevant domain click "set up".
