Ticket by JustThrilled | January 6, 2014 | Question
  • what ever happened to the ability to create tabs? Such a handy function, especially for eCommerce stores....

It seems like it got replaced with a bunch of uselessness... :(

Tabs: we have them on our web browsers.

Many if not most shopping based .com's use them for product info such as, description, directions, reviews, additional info, etc.

    it's a essential ..

WIX used to have this option in a earlier version of the editor, so I'm curious why it was removed?

    Hey,

You can make subpages in your site like these in the image I attached:

If you wish to do so please click here How do I create a page group (subpages) in the HTML editor?

Please let me know if you have any further questions.

thank you,  I am aware of how to make and use subpages and use them on my site, but it's not exactly what I'm referring to when I asked about tabs...  tabs are more personal to the pages/products, not as general as a page per say.

    Hi,

    Thanks for elaborating.

This feature was indeed available in our Flash editor, but does not currently exist in our HTML5 editor.

As Daniel previously suggested, please feel free to add it as a feature request to our wishlist by posting here.

If you require any further assistance please let us know.

    Thanks,
