    I need to pay for my premiumn but you do NOT OFFER A WAY..

    • I'm wasting time trying to find a way to pay WIX for my site... THIS IS A NO BRAINER- GET A PAY NOW BUTTON for people who's transactions were cancelled... ALSO - where is the support phone number for premium users?!?!!???!! Again, wasting my time trying to track you down and pay you.... "wix answers" didn't answer how to immediately pay for my site....

      ☑ no contact number
      ☑ no answers
      ☑ wasted time

      we'll I think I've summed up that problem.. MAYBE you can have support contact ME to make the payment required to keep my site open...

      Hi,

      I am sorry to hear you are experiencing difficulties.

      If you are having trouble repurchasing a package after cancellation, please go to Manage Premium >Packages and click Unassign to remove the site from the package. Then try to repurchase a package again.

      the account wasn't cancelled... the transaction was denied... 

      Just take the payment from my the same account you have on file!! The transaction should go through just fine.
