    Site disappeared

    • I was asked to update my account but I can't find how to manage it.  I am not seeing anything that says manage.  Would you please email me as soon as possible to help me solve this problem.

      Our records confirm that you have purchased a domain name from Wix, however, it appears that you are currently using a free Wix account. In order to connect your domain name to your Wix site, you will need to upgrade to one of our premium plans.

       

      The following premium plans will allow you to connect your domain name. For more information about each plan and the additional services that you'll receive, please see below:

       

      Connect Domain Plan ($6.90/month):
      This plan enables you to use your own domain that you have purchased from any domain registrar, but does not remove the wix ads.  You can store up to 500 MB, with 1 GB bandwidth.
       
      Combo Plan ($10.95/month) or for the yearly plan $99:
      This plan includes connecting your domain and removing the Wix ads from your site. You can store up to 1 GB with 1 GB bandwidth.
       
      Unlimited Plan ($15.95/month)or for the yearly plan $149:
      This plan includes connecting your domain and removing the Wix ads from your site. You can store up to 2.5 GB with unlimited bandwidth.
       
      eCommerce ($19.90/month) or for the yearly plan $194:
      This plan includes connecting your domain, removing the Wix ads from your site and using the eCommerce feature. You can store up to 2.5 GB with 5 GB bandwidth.
