    IE 11 on Windows Mobile Does NOT Render Wix Mobile, but full desktop

    • I cannot speak to model, but it was a samsung windows based phone with IE11 on it, agent also set to IE11, not sure which network or ISP, however, when my friend tried to load my site, it did not load the mobile version (while it perfectly does so in any other browser on other phones).


      I had never tested a windows phone with IE 11 on it, as I had nobody around with such a device. would you please test this and try to replicate it and let me know if it checks out for you as well or if it is only happening on that particular persons device? the domain i had tested is: [remove spaces and _] or de ror ang el u nc  hb  o   x.c_om

      Please, clear your mobile's cache

      Well I did ask my friend to clear his cache and he still see the full desktop version on his samsung windows phone. not sure why.

      We would like to further investigate the issue.

      Please test your site using more supported browsers: FireFox and Chrome.

      Make sure you download their most recent version.


      In addition, please add a screenshot of the problem.


      Please provide us with a screen shot of the problem.

      On Windows Phone 8.1, just press the Power and Volume Up buttons at the same time to take a picture of your screen.


      To upload the screenshot, simply click on the "Upload" button and follow the steps.
