Viewing and Editing past ShoutOut Newsletters

    Ticket by eastudioph | August 11, 2014 | Question
    • Hi,

Is there a way for my website visitors(non-subscribers) to view my past ShoutOut Newsletters? And can I edit my previous Newsletters? Thanks.

      Hi eastudioph,

You can edit previously sent newsletters via the ShoutOut dashboard.

To access your ShoutOut Newsletter dashboard: Sign in to your Wix account > next to the relevant site, click Manage Site > under Handy Shortcuts, click Show More, click Send a Newsletter.
At the top right of your ShoutOut Newsletter page, click the blue box to open the ShoutOut Dashboard.

For more information about the ShoutOut Newsletter, click here.

Regarding your second query, is you still have the links to the previously sent ShoutOut newsletters, you can simply add them to your Wix site (as links). Another possible workaround for adding newsletters to your site is by creating images of the previous ShoutOuts and adding them as images to your Wix site.

Please let us know should you have any further questions!

Thank you for your reply, however, I am also encountering a problem on the ShoutOut page as seen on my attached image...

I sometimes cannot see the blue box for the ShoutOut Dashboard because the upper part of Wix website obstructs it. I wonder if there's any solution to this?

Thank you for contacting the Wix support team.

You are not able to give your visitors a link to your ShoutOuts Dashboard, however you could add the sent ShoutOut links to your site with a screenshot and show your previously sent ShoutOut newsletters this way.

In regards to adding previous ShoutOut newsletters, you can edit all the ShoutOuts that appear in your Dashboard and send them again.

Note that you can send ShoutOuts with no contacts, this way it appears in your Dashboard and allows you to edit the SHoutOut later without using any of the 5000 recipient quota you have.

We are here should you require further assistance.

      Many thanks, Barrios
