    cannot renew domain in the "manage" section

    • Domain status says "expired" yet the expiry date listed is next week.  How do I renew my domain? Status says, "this domain was transferred to another WIX account"

      I am unable to locate any domain under this account. Could you please provide us with the link to your domain so that we can locate your account?

      Hey, 

      Your domain is assigned to the following Wix account: 

      coryek@gmail.com

      You can go to your account -> manage premium -> billing and payment -> manage next to the account -> use the 'Extend' button to extend your domain's subscription.
