      Ooops!  Well that is a screen shot of the store i am working on.  I am having a issue, because only the movement pattern is showing up in edit format.  I entered quantities for both black hawk pattern and woodgrain pattern, but they do not show up in the store. please help!  I have not upgraded yet, because i wanted to make sure everything worked first. wondering what is the problem?? thank you so very much! i have emptied cache.

      I am concerned because no resolution has been made here. I had plans to buy the upgrade days ago but am now worried that I should find another website to create a site. The ability to have multiple store products is imperative ad I woul really appreciate any help so that I can continue work on my site or move on. Thank you. Otherwise I have been very satisfie with wix and was thoroughly excited to get a store up and running!

      Hi Wix, this screen shot posted and question is in regards to the zoecristknives page...

      I spent many many hours uploading photos onto this site and would love to find out if their is a resolution to this problem. Perhaps I will get better support if I upgrade, which I am totally willing and want to do (today!) if I can be assured that this will not be an ongoing issue... I am hoping the fix is easy and maybe it is a problem on my end.

      any help would be so greatly greatly appreciated!!!!!!!!!

      Please notice that we have created a copy of your site and deleted the Damascus collection from there (you can find the copied site in your site list).

       

      Please try to re-add the Damascus collection from scratch (on the copied site) and let us know if this issue happens again.
