    Unable to change thumbnail and favicon

    • When trying to change thumbnail and favicon the "upload image" button gets "stuck" and doesn't allow the upload. I cleared chache and followed directions, etc. This seems like a system glitch.

      Thank you for contacting Wix support.

      Please note that clearing your browser's cache will not resolve all issues.

      We also recommend you to try and use different browsers and see if there is any difference.

      Wix supports all major browsers (including IE, Firefox, Google Chrome and Safari), and all of those browsers support the ability to export favorites and bookmarks to the newly installed browser.

      I managed to change them but the new thumbnail does not show when the web address is posted on facebook.

      Hello again,

      Facebook may take some time to process your site information. If you post to your Wall directly and the information is not up to date, use Facebook's Debugger here. Simply type your site's URL in the Input URL field and click Fetch new scrape information. The Facebook Debugger will process your site so that the title, description and thumbnail pictures appear up-to-date when you post your site to your Wall or Page.
