The Cname is not propagated yet, please make sure that you inserted the correct records.
Wait another 24 hours and if the issue persists, contact us again.

Someone at your tech support reviewed the record a few days ago and indicated it is inserted correctly. So that should not be an issue.
So why doesn't it work?

Okay, but my domain hosting company is saying the problem is with the company hosting the site, in this case, WIX.
Please advise what can be done...

I'm sorry for the misunderstanding - allow me to clarify, the CNAME points properly to where you've set it to point. If its not achieving the goal you've used it for, we can't assist you with that, as we're only the side that does the pointing.
